  Friendliness and helpfulness of the hostess. The suite was quiet, spacious, clean with lovely outlook. It gave you a taste of what it was like to live in a chateau. The weather was very cold and wet and there was a lovely open fire in the sitting room - wonderful.

  We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded as noone was booked into the more expensive room. It was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and equipped. Virginie's parents joined the table for dinner one night and so we were able to practice our french as well as hear about the area from locals.

  Fantastic property with very kind and inviting owners. We had the 2 story unit with seperate entrance. Its like having a very nice appartment for cost of a hotel. Fully renovated with nice bathrooms but still has country charm. Place was clean, charming, and well located for touring wine country. The breakfast is typical for France with coffee/tea... wat mensen zeggen » , various breads, cheeses, juice, etc but is fresh and good way to start day. We did not use the spa facility but seemed very tranquil. Pool and yard - One of the nicest B&B we've never stayed in: excellence reaches new highs! Kindest owners, brilliant b'fasts and the place is literally jaw dropping. For 150€, I haven't seen better value for money. Can't recommend the place enough. Bravo!

We had not booked a meal but one was provided at short notice along with a couple of glasses of wine.   Everything! This will be the best hotel you will every stay at. It certainly was for me. Irene, in whose family the manor has been for over 200 years, spent the last 15 years restoring and renovating the place and it shows. Take a ride through the country side on the free bikes available at the manor - it's an absolute must. - This is a very beautiful Manor House and the bedroom is one of the best that I have ever been in and Irene is a wonderful host and very friendly. Very large room with great view) The gracious hospitality by the owner was absolutely wonderful. Recommend to all.
