  This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here with our 6-month old and our small French bulldog for a quick one-night getaway to visit the Christmas Markets. I will say that it is hard to get to (especially this time of year when many of the streets are closed due to markets) but my husband hopped out and walked up the block to the hotel and they came a... wat mensen zeggen » nd waved their card and let us through straight to the hotel. The hotel itself is small but impecable. I felt like I was staying in a castle of sorts. - This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.

  We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg. Staffs are super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and nice. Bread,... wat mensen zeggen » cheese, milk and fruits were fresh and absolutely nice. When I have a chance to Strasbourg again, I will absolutely stay in the hotel. Hotel is 15 mi - Very charming hotel. Old and new combined perfectly, tastefully furnished, very nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). Everything came together in a perfect manner. We give our best recommendations. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

  It was cosy hotel, nice and calm, in a lovely location. Included in price, the use of hotel pool and sauna, an extra plus. Also, breakfast was great. A nice touch was the home made jam one was given when checking out.

  This was the 2nd time I was at the Hotel de La Cloche. Last year I booked a room for two, this year I booked a room for three. The proprieter and his family are very friendly, the place is very clean and comfortable and at a fantastic location right in the centre of town. The price was very good. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for ... wat mensen zeggen » a small extra fee. I recommend this hotel, and in fact passed their information on to a friedn who plans to travel soon in the Alsace region. - Delightful owners. Wonderful ambience in the low ceilinged rooms oozing of history. Very pleasant breakfast at extra cost. Recommendation as to where to dine was excellent though it is unusual that the restaurant of the same name as the hotel is to be stayed away from....but all ok once explained.

  The hotel is beautiful. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. The only rooms available were the junior suite and after we saw it we were so glad we paid extra for it. The room was beautiful and large and worth the extra price. Everything at this hotel is pristine and reaps with French charm. The courtyard dining area is charming and the food delicious. The modern rooms carved into the old house were a treat. The staff were marvelous.
