prachtige ligging - nieuw complex, prachtig uitzicht, zeer groot en modern appartement, groot terras, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dicht bij het historisch centrum, bakker en supermarktje (wel zeer prijzig) naast het hotel, parkeergarage alsmede parkeerplaats naast de receptie (beperkt). eze is een prachtig dorp, wel zeer duur.

The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen
is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to
stay with small family (3 people). The WiFi is working very good,
surprisingly after Italy. From the balcony you can see small piece of

Sensational service from the minute we arrived. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value.
On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

Location is very good, especially if you have a car. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes. Kitchenette is small, but functional, although we had only one teaspoon (knives and forks were sufficient). Bed was excellent.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket. Hire a car though to get out and about - so many places to see! -
