  It's a home run hotel with free parking. The owners are very friendly, who gave good advice of where to visit and eat. Room is not big but we got everything we need: comfortable bed, hair dryer, etc... 10 mins of walk to the beach. We stay in 205, just above the breakfast room, can smell the aroma of coffee every morning, you should try it. Will definitely choose it again. - We were thoroughly pleased with the warm welcome we recieved at hotel albert. The room was nice, extremely clean and we were fortunate enough to have the room with the balcony and sea view which was delightful! Our hosts were extremely helpful- providing us with a plug adapter and helping us charge our camera after we realised, to our dismay, we had left our charger at home! All in all, no complaints whatsoever!

It definitely is a value for money place.

  We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location. Despite being in the centre of the city's nightlife, it was very quiet. We had a great outlook. - It was a good clean well located hotel.   This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  Myself and my friend stayed at Hotel Saint Charles in mid September. Staff were really friendly and helpful (and spoke fluent English). We had a garden room which was a perfectly fine size for a two night stay and was clean. We had a lovely little table / chairs outside (perfect for cheese, biccies and rose before going out), room also had a fridg... wat mensen zeggen » e which was really helpful. Staff provided wine glasses etc for us to use too. Could not fault location, 3-4min walk of beach, bakeries, shops, restau - The staff at the St. Charles Hotel were so friendly and helpful, it felt like visiting a family home rather than a hotel. The morning breakfast was simple and lovely. The pool and garden was a refreshing place to rest away from the crowds of the beach.
