They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it. It was more than we could have expected and asked for. The - The staff was very helpful; the room was basic, but clean and for the cheap price we paid it was really perfect. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Good welcome and although the couple did not speak very much English they tried very hard and we managed with our broken French. It was a pleasure meeting them and breakfast was served to us rather than the usual buffet style we had experienced. And was plentiful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable but basic. Continental breakfast was good with as much coffee as you wanted. We would certainly stay there again. Great value for money. Bon accueil. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed.   Rustig gelegen hotel dicht bij het station. - room, was perfect and comfortable and hotel very central - The owner was so helpful. Provided town plans, helped us find the cheapest parking and was always cheerful. He even saved us money by finding a cheaper alternative to the rooms booked!
