  We were the only guests and on arrival food and drink was prepared for us in the gardens at a very reasonable additional charge. Breakfast was included in the price and included home-made jams and produce from the gardens which was great. The room was splendid - very large with a very comfortable huge bed. We also managed to overcome the slight language barrier for us due our lack of - We had the pleasure of being the first guests in this exceptional bed and breakfast, beautifully restored rooms and buildings, set in peaceful surroundings.
