  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location.
