We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Personeel zeer vriendelijk + valet parking was perfect! Auto werd opgehaald en bij vertrek stond auto al weer klaar mét de bagage al in de auto. Kamer was schoon en verzorgd, misschien iets aan de kleine kant maar dat zal zeker de pret niet drukken tijdens het verblijf. Erg proper tenopzichte van andere hotels in Parijs.
