If a second appointment for check-in needs to be set, the agency will charge an extra EUR 100 charge. Please note that to check-in between 21:00 and 23:30, an appointment to collect the keys is mandatory and the agency will charge a EUR 60 fee. No check-in is possible between 23:30 and 9:00. For check-in on Sundays the agency will charge a EUR 50 fee. Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a rental contract with the agency. Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
