  This was the 2nd time I was at the Hotel de La Cloche. Last year I booked a room for two, this year I booked a room for three. The proprieter and his family are very friendly, the place is very clean and comfortable and at a fantastic location right in the centre of town. The price was very good. I recommend this hotel, and in fact passed their information on to a friedn who plans to travel soon in the Alsace region. - Delightful owners. Wonderful ambience in the low ceilinged rooms oozing of history. Very pleasant breakfast at extra cost. Recommendation as to where to dine was excellent though it is unusual that the restaurant of the same name as the hotel is to be stayed away from....but all ok once explained.

  Excellent central location. Fabulous old buildings. Hotel to modern standards. Nice breakfast. Integral restaurant very good but excellent local wines expensive - but then France is expensive.   Value for money! Probably the best value for money in a hotel I have ever been in. The rooms were fairly large and comfortable. We stayed in Kugelhopf and there was a separate room with a sofa. Decoration was modern and cozy.   Good position for traveling to Strousburg and other near standing towns by car. Frendly stuff, big area, good hotel for family with children. There's large free parking inside. Good french breakfast with croassants - We was only one night, comfortable rooms and kind staff, good breakfast. Perfect if you travel for 1 or 2 night.

  Everything was as described: room was not large, but neither was the price. Shower and toilet in room, excellent location, friendly owner. - Location is great, very central, but still calm enough, old house with funny staircase. Kitchennete is on the floor - very helpful!

  An excellent location and wonderful staff. This isn't luxury, but an historical building in the perfect location in the most beautiful Alsacian town. You descend the stairs to a quaint and very french dining room , with a fresh baguette awaiting, and croissants and of course a wonderfully brewed pot of hot, coffee- it just doesn't get any better! ... wat mensen zeggen » - Historic building- absolutely beautiful, but that means it can be a bit difficult getting luggage up the stairs, a small price to pay for all that charm. This is our 2nd time staying here and we'll be back- we love this hotel. A total delight. be sure to add the breakfast. We love it here!!!
