Beautiful room, superb beds, excellent amenities, exceedingly helpful staff and just a leisurely five minute stroll to the delights of the town of Obernai.   This was the 2nd time I was at the Hotel de La Cloche. Last year I booked a room for two, this year I booked a room for three. The proprieter and his family are very friendly, the place is very clean and comfortable and at a fantastic location right in the centre of town. The price was very good. I recommend this hotel, and in fact passed their information on to a friedn who plans to travel soon in the Alsace region. - Delightful owners. Wonderful ambience in the low ceilinged rooms oozing of history. Very pleasant breakfast at extra cost. Recommendation as to where to dine was excellent though it is unusual that the restaurant of the same name as the hotel is to be stayed away from....but all ok once explained.

  Value for money! Probably the best value for money in a hotel I have ever been in. The rooms were fairly large and comfortable. We stayed in Kugelhopf and there was a separate room with a sofa. Decoration was modern and cozy.   Our room was spotlessly clean and decent facilities provided. We always like to find a bottle of water in the room, and we were not disappointed here. Although we arrived later than the time the reception closed, a telephone call (as arranged) brought the proprietor immediately. The proprietor came to fetch us on the morning we left, and took us to the station in his car. Good breakfast in main area o - We arrived on our Motor-bike the owner was very helpful in finding a secure place for us to park, the room was very nice and clean and comfortable, the pool was really nice, five minutes walk into the lovely town.

Good french breakfast with croassants - We was only one night, comfortable rooms and kind staff, good breakfast. Perfect if you travel for 1 or 2 night.
