  Superb location. Very, very friendly staff. They even waited until we arrived late in the evening and then we received without any cost a room with balcony although we booked a normal room. Good breakfast. - Warm welcome by family run hotel. Great room with incredible view of the mountains. Very clean. Stylish room with balcony. Good food and... wat mensen zeggen » wine list. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

  The accommodation was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location a short walk to the town centre. This hotel has excellent food and staff are there if u need them. The resort is typically French so get your phrase book out English is not widely spoken. Will stay there again and hotel was good value for money

  We booked the hotel as it is situated on the Tour de France route and we asked if we could have a room with a balcony overlooking the route. Raphael could not have been more helpful and we had an excellent view of the entire race. Apart from the race, La Clusaz is a lovely place and the character of the hotel and the warm reception made our time w... wat mensen zeggen » onderful. Hopefully we will be able to return to this hotel in the not too distant future. - I thought this hotel was excelant value for money but we paid a very cheap price.

  The owners are very nice and helpful. They have been there for 32 years and all their clientele is for most, regulars coming over the last decade. This means a lot on its own! Right opposite the hotel you have a ski shop which gives you 15% discount when you come from the hotel and the ski lifts are next to it, giving you access to all slopes of L... wat mensen zeggen » a Clusaz right at your door step. - The staff was really friendly and the food was amazing! just in front of the slopes and ski rental shop. Excelent view from the restaurant and room. We were gently provided with a room after ski to change our clothes on the day we were leaving.
