  We enjoyed our stay thoroughly - in a suite on the top floor with a beautiful terrace with a view of the Palace of the Popes, where we had our welcome champagne in the afternoon sun and watched the night lights over the palace after dinner. Fantastic atmosphere, oil canvas on the walls, antique furniture pieces - an experience of time travel. The foo - The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

  Excellent location in the center of Avignon, just off the Place D'Horloge. There are lots of good choices for meals nearby and the major attractions are a short walk. Our room was on the fourth floor (small elevator worked well). It was bright and airy with full length double-doors that opened onto a small balcony overlooking Rue de la republic.   This was a nice place, close to the main part of town and close to all touristy sites. On arrival Jean Paul was extremely helpful in getting us settled and making sure we knew all about our accommodation and informing us about the Breakfast and other meals on offer. Would really recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Villeneuve les Avignon. - the hotel is small with very friendly staff, a lovely garden to relax in and very close to some wonderful restaurants. The area is very interesting with lots to do and yet quiet enough to relax. The food market and the antique markets are well worth seeing.The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the bus which takes you to Avignon. Staff are friendly and very helpful . Highly recommend the hotel

  I was very pleased by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. The location is ideal - in the old city within easy walking distance of the Tourist Bureau and many nice restaurants and cafés. But what most impressed me was how helpful they were when I had a sudden medical emergency which led to several days in the hospital.
