  This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment. The area was dodgy a bit, but very multi-cultural and a not so commonly explored/seen area of the real Paris.   It is a brand new property. A chic hotel in a central part of the city. Easy metro access and lots of eateries near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While they offer a variety of room sizes (ours was medium) it was an interesting layout and nicely appointed.   The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro. I asked for a view of Eiffel Tower and we got it, top floor, room 904 superb. watched the Tower show every night as it played the light tune. Looked forward to getting back after every night out!!

  I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp. And that's because it is a very good restaurant. Design Both the restaurant and the hotel are pretty cool. Unique modern design. The room Nice size room and bathroom. No carpet. Clean.
