  Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit. The Reception staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful, and happy to chat in English. Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast cost additional 8 euros per day per person, but it was tasty and cheap within the average cost of meal in Paris. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after.   I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops.   Clean and nice hotel. No problems with shower - it's new and clean. The towels were changed every day. Friendly staff - we came to check-in earlier, the room was not ready, but we left our luggage at the hotel. Free wi-fi (but you have to register every 24 hours). There's a big shopping mall across the street and also some cafes near the hot - Room was fine, very comfortable (though simple) beds, Plenty of light in the daytime, from window with view on the tree-lined street. Wifi worked fine. Good breakfast, with full assortment. Bathroom (with shower) fine. Well situated, close to Métro and bus, to get into centre quickly, within zone 1 of public transport. Area fine, felt safe. Shopping centre literally across the road, including supermarket. Would certainly stay again in this hotel.

Not even 1/2 block away is the metro- and a gorgeous park 2 blocks away- perfect for runners and strollers. Don't miss the boulangerie across the street.
