  The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there. Location of the hotel is just FANTASTIC. A few min to all the major streets like the Champ and George 5 and the metro. Thank you we will definitely be back!!! - Brilliant location.   This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00.
