  Extremely friendly staff; happy to communicate in English. The hotel was bright, clean and generally well maintained. Double rooms are modest in size but comfortable, with working TVs, fridges and effective showers. The hotel is well situated, close to cafes, bars, shops, only a five minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to the beach; in the bea... wat mensen zeggen » utiful Riviera town of Juan Le Pins. - Location is very good. I was concerned with the parking, so I left the car in front of the hotel during the night and in the suggested free public parking during the day. The hotel is simple but for the price, it works well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet worked fine in the room. There was a small fridge.
