  L'autre maison is a very recommendable guesthouse : it is a very tastefully renovated old house with beautiful rooms, close to the extremely beautiful centre of Honfleur. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful: they provide you for example, with a list of recommended restaurants. I would certainly recommend this guesthouse to other travelers. - The owner Audrey is very nice and helpful. Our room was perfect: everything looked new and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. Having a kitchen with microwave and a kettle is quite convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again.

  After reading some of the comments I was prepared to be a little disappointed with the way the place looked, but that couldn't have been further from the truth! It is beautifully decorated if a little old (no bad thing). Our host, Morgan, was so friendly and really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are huge and gorgeous. The hotel is in a large old town house with a charming garden at the rear where guests are free to sit and relax. The breakfast was excellent, served in the room with fresh orange juice, home-made jam and panna cotta. The manager was warn and friendly and very helpful providing maps of the town, tourist guides and advice on where to go, where to eat (avoiding tourist traps) and what to see.
