  We loved our stay at Le Champ Des Oiseaux in beautiful and charming Troyes. The hotel was so historical but beautifully restored and very comfortable. We stayed in a room on the top floor and although there was a steep staircase to climb it was amazing and the view over the art museum next door was superb. We had dinner in their restuarant and it ... wat mensen zeggen » too was amazing. In an intimate rustic setting the chef Rene made us feel as if we were having our own private dinner party ( for 6) although there we - The vine draped courtyard. The wonderful restoration of a medieval house. Very comfortable beds and quality bed linens. Delicious breakfast in the courtyard. The swimming pool - an unexpected treat. the location - in the heart of the medieval town within walking distance of great cafes. The helpful and accommodating staff. Parking!
