  I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel: its like we've been to fairy tale! The view on the Mountain from the balcony was just perfect! I liked the cleanliness, the super breakfast for only 15 euro! The staff is more than pleasant and stands ready to help 24/7! the smell of wood is everywhere and just adds extra positive into your holid... wat mensen zeggen » ays! The location is really great!!! - Lovely hotel within a few minuties walk of chamonix square. When pricing up numerous hotels this worked out fantastic value for money. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Would stay again when I next plan a skiing holiday to Cham!

  This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The rooms ar... wat mensen zeggen » e small yet very efficient, as I never felt stuck anywhere, plus they are very nicely and modernly decorated. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view).   The staff were fantastic. Every single person we met seemed to like their job, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were a good size for European standards, very clean and quiet. The location was excellent- a nice walk along the river into the heart of Chamonix and an easy... wat mensen zeggen » , short walk to the gondola. The dinner was excellent and the breakfasts were good (coffee was delish!). Parking was plentiful and right outside the h - From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home. Thanks also for arranging ourairport transfer. All in all a great hotel in a great locatio

  Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. They even sourced a ice pack for my injured thumb. They also provided us with changing facilities after we had checked out which allowed us to fit in an extra four hours of skiing before heading back to Geneva to catch our flight home.
