  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. A decent sized kitchenette with the basics... wat mensen zeggen » for preparing meals in. A very reasonable price,free wi-fi. Close old town and the beach, a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Hotel was charming and the owner Nathalie could not have been more welcoming. Our car broke down in her driveway and she helped our situation by speaking to avis and finding a person who could speak English. Her husband Pierre took my husband to the airport in Nice. I highly recommend this truly special hotel! - The location at this hotel is superb. It is small run like a Bred and Breakfast and casual. It's just a block from the sandy beach and easy walking access to the old town of Antibes. Very close driving or bus to Nice and Cannes. The owners Natalie and Pierre serve you breakfast on their lovely patio amongst the other guests. The price was good for location and area as well.

  This is a charming, family-run hotel located about a 5 minute walk from the beach. It is a pretty, pastel-colored building on a side street. There is free parking in the small lot behind the house.
