Staff very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom. There is a supermarket in the vicinity and a fridge in the hallway shared by clients which gives you a sense of "at home". Location is great, adjacent to a beautiful citadel and all the art galleries and very close to beautiful hikes in the nature. Clean, friendly, and comfortable hotel immediately next to the castle ruins; shared balcony available. Very quiet area in old town, restaurants and cafes nearby, and in hotel. Pleasant walks in nearby seaside and lake areas, good scenery and bird life.
