  It is hard to know where to begin describing what a wonderful time we had staying at the Osiris Hotel when we visited Cairo. It might be best to start with the staff. They were always genuinely cheerful and helpful. When we planned our trip, we purposely picked small family run hotels for our stay. We are a family of four (two girls ages 11 and 15) and we sh - The Osiris Hotel is in a perfect location close to central Cairo but off the beaten path enough to be quiet. The view of the city from the balcony is great. The staff is excellent; the whole place exceptionally clean; and the decor is wonderful. I am a female solo traveler and felt very comfortable here.

  It was an amazing experience to us to stay in that hostel. People there is amazing now they're friends to us!! If you want to spend an awesome time in Cairo you nees to stay here!!   Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its... wat mensen zeggen » taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are - probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

  I'm very satisfied to have stayed in this hotel in the middle of Cairo downtown. It's located in the heart of the city and you can go easily to every part of the city from this point. The owner, Moustafa, is very kind and saw me as a friend. Moreover he is able to book several trips for his guests such as the pyramids, western desert, luxor etc fo... wat mensen zeggen » r a very good price compared to other establishments. Thanks to him I spent 10 wonderful days in Egypt. His friends helping him in the service are ver - Staff was great. Felt like long-time friends. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The internet connection was strong and convenient...and free. The location was right in the center of town in walking distance to where I needed to be. Excellent bargain for the money. I will go there each time I visit Cairo.

It is the second time I have stayed there.

Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff .
