  The location was excellent,it was in the city center in an area called Garden City and exactly beside Four Seasons Hotel and Grand Hyatt Hotel so its a very well known place and all taxi drivers recognize it, its near to all vital areas in Cairo, the building has many offices and the floor which the hotel was at is beside the office of Military At... wat mensen zeggen » taché of the Embassy of Italy, security guards are all over the place so it was a safe place. Price is very suitable for who is considering a business - The reception - Mamook is very helpful and friendly. My gf felt uncomfortable with the rooms and he immediately changed the bed sheets and everything else but when my gf still feels uneasy because of the theme of the room, he changed a new room for me!! His actions has sincerely touched us and his practical tips and jovial character made our stay so memorable. He is warm, caring and cares for all the visitor! Keep it up !   Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its... wat mensen zeggen » taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are - probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

  The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff . They met my request for the apartment i wanted, although price increased from those listed on letsbookhotel.com, because it was a different type. markable change since my last visit with regards to general maintenance of the apartment I normally stay in.

  The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Variety of food for breakfast was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there, our ... wat mensen zeggen » thanks to the Hilton for a great experience. - I stayed at Ramses Hilton in Cairo when the political situation was still unstable. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional & efficient performance. They made me very welcome & comfortable & the service was very good. I would recommend this hotel.
