  It was one of the best vacations for the whole family . We enjoyed the pools , peach ,snorkeling and diving ,food ... etc . Staff were so nice and very Professional . Rooms service and cleanness is excellent. Beach and water sports are one of best things in the hotel. Best value for money and had enjoyed every moment....   The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. Mohamed the driver exhibited the wonderful kindness only expected from Lux... wat mensen zeggen » orians! There was nothing to complain about with Mr. Mohamed Saied touring the hotel day and night to ensure all customers are happy. Basically we wer - Staff were exellent and very kind and polite. Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk. They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality. Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

  Everything. The hotel is generally very nice especially for families with young children. - Better service than in other hotels. I felt they were making an effort and taking that extra step toward better service. Nice beach.

  Everything was really great! I enjoyed my time, staff were quick to help if I needed something (I had food in my room, and ended up with ants- they came immediately to clean and spray the room) I have stayed 2 times and will stay again. El Gouna is THE place and Steigenberger is where to stay.

The animation team is amazing , the aqua park , i enjoyed precious moments at the amazing jungle aqua park.

  It was my first visit to this hotel. on arrival to the hotel we were astonished to see the stunning big space of the reception area which was bright, clean and of very luxury fabrics. I was assisted by staff for early rapid check-in. Bed room was very comfortable and spacious and furnitures of very luxury fabrics. Food choice was so rich variable and excellent taste-. we enjoyed everything: the cleanliness of the hotel overall, quite enviro - The whole hotel complex was luxurious and the dining in the turquoise restaurant was excellent The executive lounge was the icing on the cake for making you feel spoilt The staff were very friendly and attentive and the quality of the food was probably the best we have had in Egypt and we have travelled wildly throughout the country neither of us were ill We tried the Chinese and Italian and the service was like superb In all there was nothing that you could fault I would like to thank Mr Ahmed
