The Staff was very friendly,
location is more than perfect, away from crowdedness and near to Stanly Bridge.
Breakfast Buffet is very delicious. Very clean, quiet, and you cannot hear the traffic, although it's across the sea road.
Please try to switch off your air-condition and open the window to enjoy the refresh natural cool air :) -

We had every day a "private" pool on the roof, because there were no other people. The hotel is near the beach, and only 10 minutes walks from Alexandria Library. There was a mosque just behind the hotel, and when we needed a dentist, we found one inside the mosque building! The revolution began during our stay, and continued when we travelled by

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were willing to offer any help when needed. The overall feel for the rooms was very comfortable, and the hotel lives up to its four stars. It is probably one of the cleanest hotels in the downtown area that you won't pay an arm and a leg for. I would highly recommend!!!

It was last minute booking,wonderful place designed in late 20's you
can feel the history in its walls and doors, starting for the door man
(Ali) to the friendly smily lobbey waitress ( Nour Al Houda) who will

Very good location ,very freindly staff especially at reception
,Marian and Hagar,good hospitlality on arraival and in room even on
daily basis . very clean with big spaces.apreciate what is offered for
me by the staff and hotel managment from upgrade to wellcome and in
room hospitality.i will not hesitate to offer this hotel for all my
clients and freinds to enjoy the nice view of Alexandria and the
friendly staff and will not forget the pianist who is there every
night with his excellent play
