Location was good - easy to find. Reception Staff very helpful and spoke good english as where the couple running the attached cafe where very helpful and again spoke good english. good helpful staff, good location near the restaurants. Nice enough room, decent wifi signal, fairly clean, good location within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops - felt safe while there. Helped us book a Cotopaxi tour for a good price, and also a good $18 airport shuttle. Breakfast was delicious on the days we were able to get it.
