  Love it! The top view of Cesky Krumlov can be seen from our window. The villa is new and clean. Staffs were so friendly. The only worry was we have to pick up the key from its sister hotel. Anyhow, it is very convenient as two places are not really far from each other. The villa is not in the heart of old town but is of walking distance. Kids may ... wat mensen zeggen » complain a bit but it is worthwhile strolling. This is offset with great view from the window Villa. - Villa Johanna's location is perhaps it's finest quality: away (but not far) from the city center, with astonishing view and relaxing garden. The apartment was perfect in every sense. The service, both at the reception desk at Penzion Hubertus and Villa Johanna's, was superb.

  We had a wonderful stay at this Guesthouse!! It is a newly rebuilt and renovated old farm and has been decorated so simply, yet elegantly. Very clean, modern, and stylish!! The owner and his family run the place and so service is personal & individual and really great!! I can not say enough about this place. When we left, we left with new frie... wat mensen zeggen » nds!! It was a rainy, dreary weekend when we were there, but staying at this guesthouse made our weekend special!! Paul and his wife are so friendly - It is a good example of a successful family business. My wife and me stayed there during 3 weeks, every day was a real pleasure. We are elderly people (of 73 and 76) and, of course, we have good deal of personal problems typical for such age. When something of these problems arose we were generously helped by the penzion stuff. But the majority of the guests were much younger! I'd like to mark Modrý jelen's (by the way, it means the Blue Deer) location as a very successful. It is an exceptional
