  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. The food was beautiful, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced.   It was Luxurious and very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend.   Apartment was excellent. We had a two bedroom and two bathrooms which suited our requirements. From the moment I booked I was contacted by the apartments welcoming me asking if I required any further information. Each time I emailed requiring advice it was replied. The management and staff were excellent and very friendly.
