Once we arrived and meet at the apartment, he showed us what's in the apartment, then gave us a few minutes to rest, then took us for a walk around the area.   The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected. The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us. The hotel was located in an excellent area; close to everything but yet not in an extremely loud neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing.   The most amazing thing was the location. It was in a kind of court with restaurants and nice gift shops... And 30sec away from the old town square. As a female solo traveller... For my first solo trip, this was perfect. I felt really safe and it made my experience really enjoyable. Room was massive and beautiful. Tbh there were 3 double beds - This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning.   One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire tour of Europe. Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Definitely our favorite hotel breakfast from the whole trip.   Het personeel is geweldig vriendelijk en behulpzaam en snel. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk en zeer gevarieerd. Alles was vers! De hoofdmenu's zijn misschien wat eenvoudig - iets te veel pastagerechten -maar alles was altijd vers en heel goed bereid, d.w.z.: er staat een prima kok in de keuken! Met name de echt Tjechische gerechten waren heerlijk! ... wat mensen zeggen » De jazzband 's avonds swingde de pan uit! - Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schoon en een fijn hotel om te verblijven. Geweldig terras op de bovenste etage en een goed restaurant. Indien je gaat boeken is suite 12 aan te bevelen.
