  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... wat mensen zeggen » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way.   It is a beautiful hotel and very well located. Many places are ease accessible by foot and trams and busses are within walking distance from the hotel.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions.The staff are helpful and caring and nothing is too much effort. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels provided daily. Will definetely - Friendly staff. We forgot our toothpaste and they took care of it and bought us a toothpaste. We needed to check-out at 06:30 and we didnt had time to have breakfast so took care of a breakfast-package which we could on our way to the airport. Excellent location, few minute walk from old town square. A good price for this location. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and this hotel is excellent for a few days stay!

  Everything !!!!! The apartment was great spotlessly clean , modern , comfy bed , nespresso machine ( much to our delight !! ) really hot shower , plenty of towels and great heating ( which was handy as -5 outside !!) The location was brilliant - only 5 mins walk from the old town square ! However although so close the apartment was in a very quiet... wat mensen zeggen » neighbourhood so we weren't disturbed by pubs / nightclubs . We were here on honeymoon and I'd recommend the apartment and prague for anyone seeking - As a seasoned traveller, I can say - hand on heart this was one of the best mini break experiences I have encountered worldwide. The transfers from and to the airport were perfect. The owners Hana and Vaclav were friendly, informative and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was wonderful, spacious and modern and perfectly located just 2 minutes walk from Old Town Square.   The location was excellent, it was in the old town and very close to everything. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very compfortable. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. It wasn't a big issue for us because we didn't really need it. The next night Pavel informed us that the saf - Very good location, related to Intercontinental hotel which is 10 meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room, good design, comfortable beds, good restaurant on the roof with nice view of the old town. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to anyone going to Prague

  The location was absolutely perfect for us -- about a 5 minute walk to the center square (where all the Christmas Markets are), but on a quiet street without any bars. The unit was beautiful and much bigger than we thought it would be. There was cable and strong internet wifi signal. The kitchen was full and we could not ask for anything more. The service very friendly and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming and demonstrated their care by ensuring we had what we needed. Located on one of the more luxurious streets in Prague, also located centrally which made it easy to get to all the good spots in town for first time visitors.
