We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful.
Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

Perfect! I didn't expect this price can offer me such a good accommodation! Although it is not in the center of Prague, but just 1 minute walk to the metro station and then 10 minutes to the city center, really not a question to me. The facility is in very good condition and the staff is very nice. Sincerely recommend it to everyone who are going to stay in Prague!

We had an excellent experience on the Florentina Boat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our room faced the river and we had a wonderful view - definitely request a room on the river side. The view and location couldn't be better. The rooms are small since you're on a boat, but they were very comfortable were cleaned everyday. The shower and bathroom is larger than you'd expect and everything seems to have been recently updated. The breakfasts were good with a hot item every day.

The rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms) were of different prices and sizes, all 3 rooms offered good value for their price. The bathrooms in all 3 rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of hot water comfortable non-slip shower stalls.

We had a very spacious room, good bathroom facilities with a decent sized shower cubicle. Some very tasty cakes at breakfast, and really we had everything we needed for a great price. Just about everything. The hotel seemed to 'fit' with our experience of Prague itself. The room was large, with a beautiful, oval window through which we could watch the bustle of the railway station and highway above it. Staff members were very helpful, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the hotel was in a good position, close to trams and within walking distance of many spots.
