Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... wat mensen zeggen » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Denis the owner was really nice and let us check in early and also let us leave our bags there in day of departure. Mini-Market in the same building, free parking on the street, few restaurants where You can eat if You don`t want to cook anything (Bagette Boulevard is fantastic choice for breakfast!).
