  Vrijwel alle aspecten, de ligging 5a10 minuten van de dichtbijgelegenmetro en de Bus lijn naar het vliegveld. De kamer waar we achter superlekker hebben geslapen vanwege de rust, het ontbijt was prima verzorgden lekker laat tot 10:30 en tot 23u 's avonds kon je nog in de bar watdrinken. Ontbijt op bed was ook prima verzorgd. Prima bediening enschon... wat mensen zeggen » e kamer! Super! - Alles was zeer goed, maar het leukste was dat terwijl we inchecte de koffers al in onze kamers stonden , zodoende waren we ze even ,,kwijt'' Dat is nog eens service. Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... wat mensen zeggen » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  This is a newly opened hotel, fully renovated from a previous hotel chain. It has whole new concept incorporating reception and a trendy bar areas. Staffs are all young people and are extremely friendly. While many people are enjoying this new concept, some people may find it too noisy. The location is at the downtown's fringe, but within short walking distance to the tram stops - Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel).   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

The location was excellent, it was only a 4-minute walk from the city center and even though it was close to the center, it was in a quiet area.   I went to Prague on a 3 day trip, and I loved every bit of it. The location is in a great spot. Just a 20 minute walk to the Castle and Old Town. It is a 5 minute walk to the shopping district. I loved the price I paid for such an amazing luxurious hotel. I felt safe when leaving my car parked in their parking garage. I would definitely rate this hotel 5 stars. - Great hotel! Excellent position, about 4 minutes from the closest tube and about 10-15 minutes from local attractions. Easy to visit the city on foot! It's about 6 min.walk from the CEDAZ Airport shuttle bus (150 Krones, much cheper than the hotel limousine!)Really nice room, well equipped and warm. Very, very good breakfast buffet, with loads of variety and choice. Would use it again!
