  After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

  I had an amazing week at Lesser Town. The apartment is really cosy, warm, quiet, stylish and with all the facilities you need. Very modern, stylish, and clean. Picking up the keys was very easy and at the end of a long day it was so nice to come back to a private apartment that felt like home!   All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top for what we were hoping for. We loved it! Advertised as room for 4 (2 double beds) we had come prepared with an air mattress for the other two adults but there were also two full size couches and a love seat. A ful... wat mensen zeggen » l kitchen (which we would have usd a lot if we had stayed more than one night) and a bathroom with a shower and a full-size bathtub plus the toilet in - Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . I do not care that this hotel does not have an elevator, breakfast is not so perfect and staff is small, services are not so important to me.
