  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague. We found photos on the web of Havel announcing the end of communism from its - Excellent location, right in Wenceslas Square, short walking distance to Old Town and Jewish Quarters. Apartments are fully equipped with microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge and washing machine. And they all work!! On both sides of apartment entrance are the entrances of Marks and Spencer which stocks well priced English food. Finally, Apartments are ten minutes walk to Prague Central Station with its numerous cafes and ATM's, as well as the pickup point for db coaches to Germany.

  The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The castle was an easy 10 minute tram ride away, and everything else was within walking distance. The apartment was quiet, well equipped (dishes, stovetop, soap, towels), and spacious. This is a big bonus. i recommend advertising this. It was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com but this is a great bonus because many hostels/hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11am.

Een echte aanrader!!! - + Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie, met de tram (dichtstbijzijnde halte op 2 minuten lopen) bereik je het centrum in hooguit 5 minuten. Kortom het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip. + Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker. + Personeel is vriendelijk, ze spreken alleen soms wat gebrekkig (maar alsnog verstaanbaar) Engels. + Eigenlijk vond ik alles aan dit hotel bijna wel geweldig :)
