  After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

  First visit to Prague; we loved it. The city is simply a wonderful sight, everywhere you look. Once enormously wealthy. An experience staying in an old building. We had a spacious apartment but be prepared to carry suitcases upstairs. We arrived by car; left it at Hotel Pyramida car park. Walked everywhere and enjoyed every minute. Rooms are spacious,high ceiling, clean and comfortable, the old building brings a special atmosphere. Very very good location. Dining is easy coz this hotel also runs its own restaurant.   Dean, the owner was super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with him. The bathroom is new and well equipped. Apartment is very clean, but seems they clean it only once before your arrival. if you stay for long period, better ask Dean about cleaning service.   It was such a great experience to stay in Loreta Hotel. The hotel was actually connected with the Loreta Church and it is 5 mins walk to the Prague Castle. The traffic is also very convenient. The area at night was so quiet, we can have really good sleep. The b - Loreta Hotel was everything we hoped for; the location was perfect; away from the hustle bustle and noise yet walking distance to all the sights in a lovely area. Our room was large and charming, bathroom had a wonderful shower. On arrival we found Czech chocolates on clean soft towels. Breakfast was good with variety of Czech pastries and the breakfast room was very romantic; lit candles and pretty decoration.
