  After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Not unlike what we experienced in Brno. Since... wat mensen zeggen » we booked a deluxe suite (room 33), we had the comfort and luxury of a real appartment just next to the main tourist attractions. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

  This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk. We exactly will be stay in this hotel in next trip to Praha! It can be difficult for them to climb steep stairs. - The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

  All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top for what we were hoping for. We loved it! Advertised as room for 4 (2 double beds) we had come prepared with an air mattress for the other two adults but there were also two full size couches and a love seat. A ful... wat mensen zeggen » l kitchen (which we would have usd a lot if we had stayed more than one night) and a bathroom with a shower and a full-size bathtub plus the toilet in - Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable .   Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent.   I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value.
