  Excellent location, right beside the stairs to the castle! I’m glad that I ordered the shuttle from the hotel to pick us up to and from the airport coz the hotel is far from the airport (but close to tourist area). Apartment: big and clean. However, the Monday morning we left is a bit noisy as they are back to work. One more thing is that letsbookhotel.com and the hotel both charges - hostess texted me with directions which was helpful. We loved the terrace, especially lounging in the evening after "touristing" all day. It's close to the city, very clean rooms, fridge, small bathroom and shower, but adequate. Place is very roomy, ceiling is slanted and a bit low, so be careful getting up!

The room was very large and comfortable with the only exception that it has not outside windows.   We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel. The place consists of 3 appartments, is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very quiet, accommodating an - Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!

  The best about "The Art House" is the location. It's close to a Metro Station, Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and the Jewish Section. There are several Bar/Cafe downstairs which are nice and convenient. The management team arranged shuttle from the airport to the flat with us. The part-time young driver picked us up easily. He's well mannered... wat mensen zeggen » and can speak English and Russian very well. The check-in manager was patiently waiting for us in front of the building. You can find bakeries for br - Central location, very convenient for access to the Old Town, Charles Bridge and the Jewish Quarter. The management team were very helpful, we arrived a few hours early and we were able to access the apartment. Being picked up and taken back to the airport was a real help. The living/kitchen/bathroom area of the apartments were spacious but we found the bedroom rather small but did not detract from our break. We would certainly use The Art House again.

  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value.
