We were nicely surprised there was a market with fresh fruits and local products on the square outside the hotel in the morning. Our room looked out over the market square but the secondary glazing meant we could not hear a thing. The hotel was converted from a bank a year ago and the comfortable rooms, bathrooms and public areas have been renovated beautifully in Art Deco style.   This is an extremely spacious, beautiful, well kept hotel. We had 2 bedrooms and a living room / kitchen. Everything you need is supplied. This is a great deal for a few days or an extended stay. The staff was fantastic - they helped to guide us in our adventures around the city, and were always friendly and knowledgeable.
