The rooms are newly renovated and is very nice and design. The beds are amazing, big, comfy, it was like sleep in heaven!!!!!!!!!!First time in my life the photo on website don't lie. The room is fully equipped (coffe set, TV Wilde range of channels and languages. The Stuff were friendly and everywhere was clean. The breakfast was nice with fresh bread and cake.   After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Not unlike what we experienced in Brno. Since... wat mensen zeggen » we booked a deluxe suite (room 33), we had the comfort and luxury of a real appartment just next to the main tourist attractions. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

  It is very nice renovated vila in Prag 5 with very nice rooms and apartments, good breakfast and very good informativ and friendly staf that answered all our questions and spoke very good English. Car parking is included in price which is very good. It is very nice quiet area with lot of greenery and parks which we liked. 8 minutes to metro is tru... wat mensen zeggen » e, but it takes a bit more from metro to hotel because it is uphill when you go back, but it didn't bother us. The only thing we didn't like on our tr - Very nice location, on a hill overlooking Prague and a stone's throw from Mozart's villa (Bertramka). The building must have hosted a state guest house from the Communist years. Rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and a grandiose Soviet feel to them. There is a haute cuisine restaurant downstairs, which gets a fair share of clients from outside (mostly locals in the know). The menu is top class and the prices very reasonable. Very fast free internet. Overall great value for money. Highly rec

  The hotel had a lovely tranquil feel to it. The room with ensuite bathroom was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. - Rooms are clean and unlikely to many other hotels - equipped with hair dryers. Does not matter for me but for my wife - it does.
