We loved our 2-bedroom apartment and immediately started talking about wanting our place back home to be more like it. This is a beautifully restored old building with a great view of the park; near bars, shopping and transportation (tram). The rooms are huge, high ceilings, grand style, modern and very comfortable. Host is friendly and very helpful. Would strongly recommend for visitors to Zagreb; can't be beat for price. We also were able to park in courtyard which was very convenient!

  Absolute breath of fresh air!! This hotel really made my trip to Zagreb special...the staff are ultra nice, attentive, friendly and genuinely appear to love their jobs. After being on vacation now for 7 weeks in Europe, and having stayed at many different types of establishment, I can honestly say my stay at " Zagreb for you" ranks at the top of m... wat mensen zeggen » y list for accommodation experiences. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was done with a warm smile and I was made to feel very very special. I - The staff (particularly Josipa) are very welcoming and friendly, providing good tips in perfect English with a LOT of enthusiasm. The guesthouse is fairly new and has a modern take on what used to be a fireman station. The rooms are clean, big, spacious, and simplly furnished with all you need for a confortable stay. If you get in tired and hungry, the restaurant in front is pretty decent and has reasonable prices. You can walk to the city center in an easy 20 minute stroll or you can take th
