The apartment is beautiful and the family who runs it couldn't be nicer. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

This roomy, stylish and centrally located accommodation provided a great base for our family to explore Split, the island of Hvar, Krka National Park, Sibenik, Trogir, Ciovo and Zadar. Most necessary mod cons are provided. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished. The host is friendly, helpful and inviting. The accommodation is filled with the pleasant scent of lavender along with evidence of an appreciation for the arts in every room.

Great location in the palace, you have all restaurants and shops just a minute away. Apartment is great equipped with everything you may need for a longer stay. A good tip is to ask for a double bed as the other apartment has a small bed. Also, be prepared to climb narrow stairs and small doorways to the apartment - did not bother us but we just thought it was lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

these newly built rooms located in a historic old apartment in the middle of split old town is ideal for these who want to be in the center of the city, we stayed in king size bedroom, it all looks relaxed and nice, the room is on the 3rd floor , the owner was helpful & carried one of the luggage upstairs

The service was brilliant. We were upgraded when we arrived as we arrived before checkin and our room was being cleaned. Then I was feeling ill from our catamaran journey and we were given coffee and some food to help settle my stomach. The room was super modern and had no complaints. She had things you would need, like a hair dryer and straightener, and helped you plan your stay in Split! The apartment was clean and sufficiently furnished to the point that my fiance, who is a very good cook, was able to go to the local market, pick out fruit, vegetables, and fish and prepare it in the Bregovita 13 apartment kitchen to the quality of what she could do in her own kitchen.
You can't beat the location. It is 150 meters from a cool beach that has tons of cafes, restaurants, and little vendors as well as 15 minutes (max) walking to the Diocletion palace area.

The best possible choice to stay in Split! The location is just perfect (within 5 minute walk you can reach 3 of the best restaurants in Split, two of them with seaview). Boban is just 15 minute walk from the city center and 3 minute walk from the beach. It is situated in the beautiful and peaceful area.
