  What a great little find! The rooms had everything you could ask for - kitchen, TV, outside area, air con and even a washing machine! The apartment was small but really had everything you need and was very homeley. The location was great about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Split. Near to the steps up to Marjan hill for a bit of countryside esc... wat mensen zeggen » ape. Great hosts, really friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended. - The owner and his family are very nice. The apartment was nicely furnished (stereo, DVD player, DVD's, knick-knacks from around the world). The owner left 2 beers, a bottle of orange juice, and a bottle of water in the refigerator and informed me that they were for me- I thought this was a nice touch. I had problems finding the apartment, and the owner came to meet me. The location is good- about a 7-10 minute walk to the old city section (Diocletian's Palace) of Split.

  Location was excellent, there was only 2-5 minute walk to center of split. There were also good restaurants near apartment and area was nice. Lady who owned the apartment was very friendly and helpful and she speeks good english as well. Room was clean and nice, bathroom and kitchen functional, even the kitchen was quite narrow. Felt very safe. Both train and main bus station are only 10-15 minutes away. Information office is also near by. Owner lives next door and is very open to suggestions to improve apartment.

  Greet location. Right next to the station. Go onto the platforms and you'll see the apartments over the other side of the station. You can walk across the platforms to gain access. The apparents look very new. The one we stayed in (no 9) was a twin bedded. But truthfully was only big enough for a single. It was very small. An inexpensive place to stay right next to the railway. - We booked an airport transfer and Simoni picked us up from the airport. He was very nice and gave us some suggestions for eating and sightseeing in Split. Rooms are clean. We told Simoni we were on our honeymoon and he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a bigger room than we originally had. We left to Hvar for the night and we left our luggage which was locked in a room near the reception.

  Excellent location within a 10 minute walk to the walls of the palace and the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Newly renovated suite with updated bathroom and kitchen. There is a market everyday just outside the palace walls that offers fruit, vegetables, meat, - The best feature of Villa Kate is its location - minutes of walk from Diocletian's Palace, the markets, supermarkets and the Riva Promenade. It's well placed to join day tours and return to cool down in the air-conditioned sitting room before heading out to enjoy an evening stroll. We also liked the kitchenette and the power shower. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I am glad I asked them to book a taxi to meet us at the airport as we would never have found the place by ourselves! Over

  Wow. This place is fabulous! To start, our host, Marija, simply could not have been kinder or more accommodating. She was extremely helpful in making recommendations for sightseeing, dining, etc. in Split. She was also very gracious about accommodating a couple of special requests we had. I highly recommend booking the duplex apartment with terrace - the terrace is absolutely sp - I have been in Split many times before, but this was a truly authentic and special experience. The rooms were very nice and extremely clean.   Nice, modern and clean apartment close to the haven. Good service. We were contacted a few days before tve arrival and they arranges a taxi picup at the airport. we were met by one from the staff where the taxi stoped and shown the way. The apartment was in the old part of Split with the old city charm. The room was beautiful...the roll top bath was amazing, although we did run out of hot water pretty quickly...would definitely recommend!

  The hotel was extremely accommodating. We arrived in Split a night earlier than expected so called the hotel to see if we could get a room for the night before our booking, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked but we asked how early we could check in. We were told 1.30 but that the hotel would call if we could check in any early. We woke up... wat mensen zeggen » at 10 am the next morning with a missed call from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 12 and were able to check in which was brilliant and a h - The owner and staff of this hotel, were incredibly helpful and friendly. My husband was ill on arrival and they arranged for him to see the doctor at the clinic, ordered a pizza for supper as we got in late and could not have been more welcoming. The rooms are superbly appointed and very comfortable beds. A bar downstairs was convenient and a lovely breakfast on the outside terrace most enjoyable. - Beautiful rooms, very nice bathrooms. Everything looks exactly like in the photos. The hotel is new, clean, rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely freindly and helpful. The hotel has a large garage, so you can leave your car and take a taxi to the center (about € 7,-). Breakfast is absolutely sufficient - fresh rolls, croissants, spreads, coffee and juice. We had a very nice time.

Take into account though you need to pay for your stay upfront.   Location is amazing, everything is near. The apartment is small and cosy, and the patio is the best. The owner is very nice, and easy to contact. We had a perfect holiday, and we can really recommend Bubalova. - the apartment is really nice, small but nice. Cleanliness would need some more efforts. Location is great for the old town trip.
