Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. The service from Kate
and Ivana was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were ready
when we got there 3 hours before check in time so we were allowed
straight in. The room itself was furnished very modern and cosy. Free
wiFi was a great asset. The tv showed English channels for those late
night try to wind down moments. The shower was powerful and hot. The
room was quite small but thats because it is where it is. No complaints

The rooms were located in the perfect location to spend an evening out in the heart of the old town. The room was decorated to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. I called the reception when we arrived in Split from the Ferry from Vis and there was a member of staff there to check us in. I would recommend this to friends and family if they were visiting Split. Also I would consider Borna and Franco rooms if we stay in Split again.
We organised the transfer from the airport through this accommodation and one of the staff came to meet us at the square and walk us into the palace to find the accommodation - we would have struggled otherwise!
We only stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay.
The location is actually very good once you managed to find the place. Not to say you are staying within the Diclotetian palace. I love that there is a quaint cafe outside the accommodation too. The room is surprisingly very spacious with a little stove.
Staff were friendly. I was lost on arrival and they came to pick us up
and were very welcoming. The location was fantastic as you come out
there is the road to the ferries, buses and the port. I liked that the
toilets were clean.
Location was spot on. Could not get more central. Service wonderful. Style of rooms perfect. Good balance of old and new. Very reasonably priced for such fabulous hotel and location. Would recommend to anyone going to split.
The Location was perfect.
The room was ideal for a young couple looking to explore the city of Split.
The Air conditioning was perfect!
The style and decor of the room was good juxtaposition of the ancient and modern.
cafe outside called when we arrived and staff came within a few minutes position grerat for getting around the old town which is all we came for.access to nearby islands major port for the area "the woodend wanderers".
The room was very beautiful and also clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. The location of Borna & Franko rooms was ideal for exploring the old town - it's practically in the middle of everything.
Really great central location, easy to find right in the heart of Split. The rooms were really lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. Really good value for money, would definitely recommend.
Staff was very helpful. Room was decorated in a romantic/rural style with a newly renovated bathroom. Water kettle was available. Its location was perfect. In a very quiet street/square.
Very central in the heart of Diocletian's palace. Great value for money and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful.
Our manager was the most caring person I've met in the business ever! Superb location. Great ancient building and the respective atmosphere.
We loved being in Dioclecijan palace.....perfect location to enjoy the Riva & palace & get to the car ferry early next day!.
Beautiful rooms, very clean, very helpful staff (when they were there). Central location. Very cheap.
The room looked great and it was clean, the staff was nice and the location was great.
If you want to be right in the middle of the old town, the location can't be beat.
Great location though a little tricky to find. Very friendly welcome. Very clean.
The location was excellent, and the room contained all the
facilities promised.
Nice position and awesome furnishement. Convient to get everywhere. Nice staff.
Great location, comfortable, clean. Ivana was very welcoming and informative.
Location right in the middle of Diocletian's Palace.
Style of the rooms.
Wonderful rooms; very friendly and helpful staff; excellent location.
Very central location and shower was powerful and hot.
Location. Location. Location.
Great vaue & location.
Location was excellent!.
Excellent location. Within Deocletians palace, 5min casual walking distance from the ferry port, main harbour and promenade.
Beautiful restaurant right outside the door or the apartment.
Staff were very helpful. Market nearby for fresh fruit and veg, supermarket also very nearby.
Location inside Diocletian's Palace was perfect. While the room was quite small, it was well appointed and clean.
Staff very nice and friendly.
Initially we thought the tiny window would be a problem but being as we
only slept there it was fine.
It was very loud and we got woken by the people out side the windows at
5 am usually but i'm pretty sure most places are that way. The room
was a little small but that wasn't a big deal for us.
- there were quite a few flies in the room.
- the room was a bit small
- the shower door kept leaking water onto the bathroom floor which would flood every time.
- hot water would run out very quickly.
- difficult to locate.
room old and tired, doors hard to shut(jammed on floor out of wack) space not used to best advantage in layout.
I am somewhat allergic to many things - dust among others. The blankets in the beds were thick and furry (at least in our room), so I couldn't sleep with it, and it was pretty cold in there without it. Otherwise I have hard time finding anything negative to say about this place.
WiFi signal was not strong enough in our room (at the end of the corridor).
The noise through windows and doors was huge.
The apartments weren't always staffed so when the Internet connection kept dropping out, there was no one to help us.
Difficult to find. Even the locals didn't know where it was despite its central location. We were woken up by the loud cleaner making noise in the hallway. No kitchen facilities. More of a hotel room than an apartment.
The TV didn't work (or the remote had no batteries), there was no WiFi even though it is stated in the offer and there is no 24h reception desk (staff comes from 9-17h).
For what you pay, the rooms are very small.
A little small but still so central.
Internet was very poor.
No signage at all made it difficult to find the hotel - even when standing immediately outside the building.
No baggage storage offered when we asked.
Room a bit small and series of doors to constantly lock and unlock to get in and out are not easy to open.
Little space for luggages. No refigerator.
Nothing.
Apartments had a funny smell. Not unbearable, but present.
There were no pots, pans, cutlery etc to use, We only wanted a fridge, so were happy, but if travellers wanted to cook there they might need to enquire about utensils etc.
Bed bugs, need I same more?.
The mattresses were the most uncomfortable where I've ever slept.
wifi not working (poor signal in the corridor, no signal in the room).
The room has high humidity and there are people walking around the room which makes noise all the time.
