Everything was perfect! The room is spacious, fully equipped with tea/coffee facilities, perfect cleanliness, excellent location, close to major attractions in Split.. I'll be back for sure!.
The staff is kind of helpful who helped to look for parking place. A kitchen within the room and nice tea and coffee. The location is pretty good that we can walk to the heritage.

Close to everywhere - Old Town is 5 min walk, beach is 10-12 min walk. Good value for money. The owner has a beautiful collection of vynil records/nice books.
Nice room, with everything one may need, including electric kettle with some tea and coffee supply. Excellent location, very close to the center of Split.
Good sized apartment with great facilities which included a washing machine. Close to town centre.

Parking. There is free on street parking but you sometimes had to drive around the block a few times to find a space.
Adress given in the reservation was not the actual adress. When we
arrived there was nobody, nor was there any sign of the
apartment/host. We called her and she arrived soon, but she was not
very friendly.
we were sure we booked a double bed, but we got two beds instead.
the description indicates free parking. This is true but parking is not that easy as there are few free spots available most times and the spaces are very small.

Very expensive for a very small "apartment", also was obviously someone's home as there was stuff in the fridge/freezer and personal items in the bathroom! Owners spoke no English so we couldn't communicate as to us getting there late and also not being able to find their check-in place.
The pictures were from another apartment. I felt cheated by this.
The lady did not speak english.
