Very friendly family who runs the appartement. The appartement was very nice en complete! From the big balkony you have a very beautiful view at the see. Nearby there's a supermarket, bakery and busstop from and to Zadar. It's the best place to stay near Zadar. -

very nice appartment with a beautiful terrace and nice garden around. Beautiful promenade along the sea (but somtimes on the road) and good restaurant 3 minutes walking.

We had pleasure to stay in the in the brand new, the best located and
the most luxury apartment in the area. Stunning views from every single
window guaranteed! The owners are pretty nice and helpful on every
single step. We stayed there the last day of our holiday and we had some
concerns if we would back to Croatia in the future... But that day
turned round everything and definitely changed our mind - we would love
to come back – particularly to Lalic’s apartment!!! We can strongly

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Erg mooi appartement met veel ruimte. Netjes ingericht en comfortabel. De eigenaar is een erg vriendelijke man die ons bij aankomst al stond op te wachten. Hij hielp ons met uitpakken en trakteerde ons op een welkomstdrankje.Regelmatig vroeg hij of alles naar wens was.
We hebben er een supertijd gehad. Wij raden deze accomodatie aan! -

The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.
