  I cannot recommend this apartment enough! We are 4 females (aged 25/26) & this apartment was perfect for us. Location is great, everything was withing walking distance, the rooms were clean & had everything needed (air con, balcony / terrace, even toliet roll & hand wash which you do not get in most apartments) . Norman & his famil... wat mensen zeggen » y were so lovely & could not do enough for us. On arrival we were greated with a bottle of Hvar wine & driven around the island by Norman for - It had a very nice view. The rooms Were clean. It also had aircondition for free such as wifi. Another thing that was good was that the house were near everything. I Will definetly come back

  Location was excellent, there was only 2-5 minute walk to center of split. There were also good restaurants near apartment and area was nice. Lady who owned the apartment was very friendly and helpful and she speeks good english as well. Room was clean and nice, bathroom and kitchen functional, even the kitchen was quite narrow. Felt very safe. Both train and main bus station are only 10-15 minutes away. Information office is also near by. Owner lives next door and is very open to suggestions to improve apartment.

  I really liked Tudor Nikola, they were very very friendly with us, we had no problems with them. The location of the house was very good as it just took two minutes to get to the town center. I recommend everybody to take this apartment and enjoy the wonderful terrace it has. - Our host was one of the most genuine and helpful guys you could meet.... wat mensen zeggen » He helped us with all requests e.g. boat rental, where to go for food, clubs, beach even how to get tickets to the next island. Excellent value for money, free wifi, clean, fresh sheets, clean towels.

  vriendelijk personeel - I loved the service and the view from our balcony. - I liked everything, it was more than we expected - location by the see and under pine trees, small Jelsa town, excellent facilities - super. It was perfect holiday and I am planning to visit the Fontana Resort again.

  Igor sent us precise directions on how to find the apartment, and although we arrived early, the apartment was ready for us. The location was excellent, close to the harbour and with no slopes or steps other than the few up to the first floor apartment itself. Igor and his family were welcoming and pleasant.   Wat een geweldige ontvangst. Alsof je bij je eigen oma aankomt. We waren best moe na een lange dag reizen en werden ontvangen met een kan overheerlijke zelfgemaakte limonade. De kamer zag er voortreffelijk uit en de mensen waren zeer gastvrij. - The owners were really friendly and helpful.The location of the accommodation is close to the seaside,... wat mensen zeggen » it is near the big supermarket and also not far from the city centre. The apartaments have all necessary things for cooking: there were enough dishes, saucepans, pans, plates, cups and some sets of flatware. The location of the kitchen is very comfortable.It is in a small separate room that has the entrance through the balcony.Therefore the smell of cooking didn't get into the room. The ap - Tennis-court is located just on other side of the street - if you not go in for sports, at least the game can be the observed from Apartments Vulić balcony :) The camp-site and the beach (which wasn't our type - bit too crowded, but it was ok to rest after long day trip, we stayed just for one night there) are located crossing a road and just behind tennis-courts. De eigenaar vindt het heerlijk om je te verwennen met lekkere ontbijtjes, hij bakt voor het diner echt verse vis, die hij eerst laat zien voordat hij 't gaat bakken.   Alenka and her family are such beautiful and lovely people. We travelled to Hvar from Dubrovnik and our luggage was lost. Alenka helped organise things with Croatian authorities to retrieve or luggage and organised ferry tickets for us. Her mother marija is absolutely beautiful and fell in love with my Croatian girlfriend. The location was great - 3 minute walk from the main part of town but far enough away to have beautiful views and quiet at night. The apartments were great for big groups - had a lot of beds and a lot of nice common space.

  We were welcomed by Miranda as soon as we arrived and she couldn't have been more friendly or hospitable. Miranda and her husband spent time with us telling us about the city and a bit about their family. One night she even took us to a Roman food event being held within the palace. Overall we had a fantastic experience. - Miranda went above and beyond to show us around, give advice on the city and ensure we enjoyed our stay! The rooms were perfect sizes for 3 people and there were washing machine facilities, kitchenette and dining table to eat in. Excellent location both less than 5 mins walk to beach. Thanks Miranda!   Very welcoming and friendly host, 10 minutes walk to the city center, 15 minutes walk to the bus stop, very safe location, clean rooms with basic kitchen facilities, luggage storage possible, close to Marjan hills. City Map and very helpful information about the city was provided by the owner. Overall very good experience. Our apartment was nice, cozy, and perfect for the price. The location is a bit complicated but once you know your way through Split, there is no problem to get there.
