In de informatie werd gesteld" parkeren langs openbare weg" Het hoyetl beschikt over een giga parkeergarage. Jammer dat dit niet was vermeld, had ons bijna doen besluiten een ander hotel te kiezen. I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Dama. The room was clean, spacious,
quiet and well equipped. I was in the studio apartment with has a large
terrace and glimpses of the Adriatic Sea. The welcome by Maja and Davor
was perfect, and they went out of their way to help such as providing a
bike to cycle around a beautiful peninsula. The accommodation is
connected to Pula by bus (around 10 per day on weekdays and 4-5 per day
on weekends) and a taxi costs around 50 kuna (if booked by the hosts).

You can free park right in front of the house (otherwise it is 8 euro/day). Breakfast was okay, very friendly son. The place is perfect to go to Pula, Rovinj, Porec, .... Medulin has a few restaurants where you can eat cheap. We didn't take a lunch or dinner at the hotel. We had an appartment (space, large bed, terrace, refrigerator). -

We stayed for one night there.
The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.
The residence is very quiet by night and we liked going to the swimming pool after our arrival: it was opened until 8 PM!
It seems to be a good place for family as we saw many there.
The residence has it own entry to the beach where you can see the sunset!

De mooie villa Kimberley is gesitueerd aan het einde van een zone nieuwe woningen in Rovinjsko Selo en daardoor zeer rustig gelegen. Parking, zwembad, tuin en BBQ-plek zijn alle vrij te gebruiken. De twee appartementen op de tweede verdieping hebben een groot (gedeeld) terras met zicht op zee (inclusief zonsondergang) en het nabij gelegen Rovinj.

We verbleven in juli 2013 ruim een week bij Marjan en zijn familie in Villa Kimberly en hebben enorm genoten! Een prachtig zoutwaterzwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen en een buitenkeuken waar je vrij gebruik van mag maken; de villa is mooi onderhouden; de studio ruim genoeg, luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien; de omgeving is heerlijk rustig, maar toch dicht bij Rovinj en de familie is bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. Kortom, heerlijk! Een absolute aanrader!

A beautiful villa located in a pretty cottagey environment, only few minutes from the center of Poreca (by car).
The hosts were very kind and friendly and they created a friendly and relaxing feeling for us.

The facilities exceeded our expectations; we thought we booked a Sobe, but received a 5 stars hotel treatment with the comfort of a small accommodation . Everything was great!; excellent value for the price.

We have stayed in Villa Venera for 1,5 weeks. It is very nice, modern and well furnished villa, looked at least as good as on the pictures or even better. The host was very pleasant, all the amenities presented on the pictures were accessible and in good condition (gym, pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, jacuzzi, swings in a huge garden). Great place, as close as you can get to the park/nature preserve. Very comfortable rooms and run by a lovely couple who can help you make the most of your trip, with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and nearby adventures. I spent some days with my family (4 people) in a big apartment to have full comfort. I can give only the best notes for everything in Villa Roses: great location with fantastic view from balcony on bay and marina in Icici , clean , well equipped and comfortable rooms , amazing hospitality and support. We felt like home.
I recommend the place for everyone who wants to spend holiday in nice and quiet place , close to many attractions of Istria.
