  Perfect apartments in a residential area in Rovinj. Only 10 minute walk to the old town and a short drive (or a bit longer walk) to the beaches. Apartments are spacious, clean and the owner is really friendly. Loved this place.   Erg vriendelijk en spiritueel - The host was wonderful! Very kind and welcoming! The price was fantastic! Breakfast was not included in our stay but were very surprised to find breakfast food fresh from the bakery at our doorstep both mornings we were there. I would recommend it to anyone! On our first night there the host recommended a wonderful restaurant for - The couple of days we have spent there surpassed all our expectations. Rooms (each with own small bathroom) are clean and suitably furnished. Trimmed garden with various equipment provides nice shade and place to rest or talk. The owner himself just completes the overall impress. His friendly approach to all guests is, indeed, warm and exemplary.   Location is good with all the necessary stores close by. The place is clean and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had trouble returning a rented car at a pre-appointed time. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave the car behind at his place and sent us to the bus station. I would surely stay at his place - 1St timers to Croatia, great place to start our trip. Friendly host, location near the sea and great walking tracks into the old town along the coast. The apartment was spacious enough for us and had a small balcony. We cooked and the facilities were adequate, perfect for a 2 night stay. A supermarket is around the corner which was an added bonus. Its about a 15-20 min walk into the old town by road and bus station.

  We absolutely loved the Apartman Nova Verud. The owner is a really helpful, wonderful Croatian lady. There are only a few apartments in the building, so no ine bothers each other. We.stayed for 6 nights and didn't want to come back home :) - clean, 1 mints walking bus station

  Great and quiet part of city. Clean and beautifull beach not far from the house. Good restaurants with great meals and fair prices. Supermarket is also close to the house and is available from dusk till dawn.

  We were a little early - Easter, which was chilly and rainy, but Rovinj is beautiful regardless. I recommend going in early May to have everything open, yet still quiet. We loved having an apartment so we could shop and make breakfast for ourselves. We asked for the room with the balcony, which we loved on our one sunny day. Leo, the owner, - This is great place very central to what you want to see. The room is excellent as is Leo the manager who is helpful and friendly. You will probably need to call him prior however to find the place as it can be difficult. Otherwise this is a very good place to stay - I wish we had longer to stay here.

  We stayed for a festival for 1 week. We were pretty near to the old town although we did hire bikes to get around which is much quicker than walking. The apartment had everything you need. There were two balconies which was great and lots of space to put your stuff. The owners were very friendly and helpful they even gave us the odd lift to places... wat mensen zeggen » !   We stayed in the separate Stonehouse of the complex. Very nice cottage style with bedroom, small kitchenette, bathroom and a small loft for an additional bed. We also had our own courtyard and facilities. The owners were very relaxed and friendly. The price was also very good. - Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They could not have done more to make me welcome! There is a fantastic sauna and spa available. The location is walking distance to a beautiful beach and a few restaurants.
